Glasgow's Medieval Cathedral

I'm always amazed at how old stuff is outside of the US. We obviously have ancient culture but nothing like Europe (never mind Asia and Africa). Today, Luci, Lee and I went to see the Glasgow Cathedral.

There are amazing stained glass windows in the Cathedral, many of them replaced in the 1940s and 1950s by descendants of the original donors.

Luci had her heart set on an afternoon tea, after spotting the three tiered treat plate in the window of a tea room near our house. Since we were near the city centre, they went to Stewart's Victorian Tea Room for lunch before heading for a matinee of the Nutcracker (modern dance style). I headed back to the flat to pack for our upcoming trip to York!
